Yesterday was such a beautiful day to feed our friends in need.

In Pawtucket, approximately 35-40 people were fed some delicious bean burritos provided by Ashley Gentes. Thank you to Breads & Threads (Helping to feed and clothe our community) for providing bagged lunches and to Natalia Choquette for bringing them to the meal site. Thank you to Suzanne Bushell for bringing snacks. Thank you to Burney Simmons for providing the water and to Steve Sober for bringing it to the meal site.

Also, thank you to Nicole LeBoef for bringing clothes to pass out.

Help the Homeless RI is so blessed to have Tara Geraghty and Carlos for overseeing the meal site each and every week, our amazing cooks and volunteers that make sure are friends are given a hot meal and to all of the supporters of Help the Homeless RI. Without your help, we couldn't do what we do ♥️♥️♥️

If you are interested in being a part of the Pawtucket meal site, please contact Tara at @https://www.facebook.com/tara.geraghty.52

I was forced to take the day off from serving in West Warwick yesterday. I knew we were in good hands though with MAE and Isa at the helm. 25 people showed up for a meal and there was plenty of food so most got seconds. Pasta with pumpkin cake was served and folks were given a bagged lunch to go. Sister Anne brought some clothes and fortunately Isa had a tent for someone who desperately needed one. Thank you to Isa Price, MAE Organization For The Homeless, Breads & Threads (Helping to feed and clothe our community), Anne C. Eden and all who volunteer and make this happen. We appreciate you all so very much! ... See MoreSee Less
